Battalion 8201 is “Delta IC” with a multifamily possibly wood frame structure with light gray, low pressure smoke. Two out has been established and they are making a fire attack. Requesting 5 minute par checks for Fortuna

Arcata Structure Fire: 800 Block of D street, fire in a multistory,
multifamily apartment complex. The call was initially dispatched as an alarm sounding in the area. Engine 8215 is at scene requesting a full structure response; Arcata Fire all call

The pursuit is continuing roughly eastbound on the dirt road. The suspect dumped a backpack out the window. Speeds have been between 20-35 MPH, likely reflecting the road conditions. They have turned at one fork in the road and seem to be working through a labyrinth of small dirt roads in that area.
