Chemical Incident in Unincorporated County Area Humboldt

A new hazardous materials incident involving chemical has been reported to the California Office of Emergency Services.

According to a report published by the office, the incident took place at or near a road in Unincorporated county area Humboldt at around 1:45 p.m. today.

Here’s the description of the incident that was recorded by the Office of Emergency Services:

Per the caller a half yard of grout was released from the ground as they were working on a retaining wall.

This was the third hazardous materials incident recorded by the Office of Emergency Services in the Unincorporated county area Humboldt area this year and the first chemical spill in the county overall.
