Conditions Observed: Certified FSM no longer at facility. Please provide a Food Safety Managerial Certificate within 60+/- days.

Food handlers that prepare, handle, or serve non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food, shall obtain a valid Food Handler Card within 30 days after date of hire. (113947.1-113947.5, 113948)”

Conditions Observed: Observed a lack of signage for eggs, potatoes and sausage at the self serve line. Food that is available for the consumer self- service shall have a card, a sign or other method of notification in plain view. Corrected on site. Placards posted with name of product. Thank you.
