Conditions Observed: Observed 5 to 8 black, black-green droppings behind the 7up cooler. Remove droppings; clean and sanitize impacted surfaces. Observed 2 black, 0.25 cm droppings in box of single-serve oatmeals. Operator removed box to discard. Keep single-serve oatmeal packets (and similar food items) in a tightly sealed jar or similar container. This violation requires a reinspection on/after December 4, 2018.
