This is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity to live in a well-cared for rural paradise directly adjacent to U.S. Highway 96 near Orleans, CA. We are seeking a live on-site couple as property caretakers for a rural destination with open fields, views of the river, adjacent forest land and mountains. The property consists of 3 cabins, an apartment , pool, property manager’s living quarters and large, beautiful property located right on the Klamath River. This is the perfect situation for a couple looking for a slower pace of life.

Duties include 3 cabin and apartment rentals primarily in the busy season Sept.-Nov. and maintaining the property year around. This includes maintaining cabins between guest stays. Maintaining the property including watering, mowing, general landscape duties, property maintenance and repairs as needed, and more.

Requirements

• Experience with basic landscaping desired.
• Experience with basic property maintenance desired.
• Friendly outdoing personality desired.
• Ability to live on site all year long.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including maintenance and cleaning.

Compensation

• Compensation includes one bedroom house (living quarters), all utilities paid, including firewood, and monthly income depending on qualifications.
