*Base salary for this position will increase by 5% in 2024

The City is currently hiring to fill two (2) full-time vacancies for this position in the Engineering Division of the Public Works Department.

Under general direction, this position provides administrative, program, budgetary, grant, purchasing, training and work-flow support and project management; analyzes departmental practices and procedures and makes recommendations for organizational, operational, policy and procedural improvements; develops, summarizes and maintains administrative and fiscal records; directs, oversees and manages cultural, environmental, grant, and other programs, and performs related administrative support functions.

Desirable qualifications include a combination of training and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration, Engineering, or a closely related field.
