Obtaining Child Support and Medical Support Orders
Enforcing Court Orders for Child Support
Locating Absent Parents
Modifying Existing Support Orders
Providing Accurate Payment Records
Acting as a Neutral 3rd party

Child Support Specialists do not work directly with children, but they do have a positive impact on the families that they serve.
North Coast Regional Child Support is customer-focused, and service driven.
Child Support Specialists receive extensive training and are given detailed instructions in the performance of their duties related to casework activities. Even without prior child support experience, employees can promote to a Child Support Specialist II after one year of satisfactory performance at the trainee level.
