Do you want to work with a great team and make an important
impact in your community? Open Door has openings for Referral Coordinators who
will serve a key role at Open Door Community Health Centers. This team-based
position is responsible for all activities associated with referrals, including
maintaining accurate records, performing timely referral processing and follow
up, prior authorizations and e-rafs. This position is a member of the clinical care
team, is a patient advocate, and a liaison between referrals, clinical staff,
specialists, and patients. This position facilitates referral care coordination
with a focus on patient access. Ability to write routine reports and
correspondence. Ability to accurately chart patient information, Ability to
promote effective communication between the patient and the primary care
provider, one year related experience and/or training in a medical setting and
computer literacy are required.
Our Referral Coordinator hourly wage ranges are listed
below. All new hires will start at the base wage for the position.
Referral Coordinator I - $25.00 to $29.03
