$3,856- $4,687 monthly Base salary to increase by 3% in July 2025 with another 3% increase in July 2026.

Under general supervision, performs a wide variety of semi-skilled and skilled technical building maintenance, repair and installation tasks involving carpentry, plumbing, mechanical and electrical trades to improve, maintain and renovate City building and facilities.
