Under the supervision of higher-level staff, assists in performing inspections, plan review, and compliance activities in accordance with the City’s codes and regulations related to building, housing, health and safety, and property management; provides customer service functions related to various technical department processes, including processing applications and issuance of permits; and performs other related duties as assigned. Requires Valid California Class C Driver’s License.
