I - $49,786.34 - $63,541.36/yr.
II - $54,735.73 - $69,858.28/yr.

(+3% salary increase in July 2026)

This position performs a variety of professional and technical duties supporting the City’s housing, community development, and economic development programs, with a strong emphasis on grant administration and compliance. Key responsibilities include researching, preparing and managing grants, administering housing and business loan programs, and supporting property management.
