Salary: $20.54–$24.97/hour (depending on qualifications)
What You’ll Do:
• Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email
• Process utility payments and maintain account records
• Help customers start/stop service
• Answer billing questions and resolve issues
• Support utility billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
