We are looking for a Technical Support Technician for our company Infinite Consulting Services. Main work location will be in the town of Hoopa. We are wanting a full-time person to be able to support our clients’ needs from Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Position comes with Sick Leave, Accrued Paid Time off, and Holiday Pay.

Required skills: Preferred professional experience 1-3 years, entry to mid-level. Basic knowledge of hardware/software, operating systems, and networking. Must be able to Troubleshoot problems effectively. Interaction with clients is required, so must have excellent communication skills. Needs to be organized and able to document accomplished tasks clearly.
