Requirements: Current barbering and/or cosmetology license, your own back-bar, proof of liability/salon Insurance, positive attitude and proficient customer service skills.
5-6 Salon booths for rent starting at $450 a month, add $15 if you use the onsite washer & dryer, utilities included in the booth rent, first month rent FREE! 100% of the stylist or barber walk-ins will be yours to add to your clientele. Private parking lot and plenty of street parking. This is a high traffic area so bring your A game and you’ll be fully booked in no time!
