REDWOOD COAST CHAMBER FOUNDATION PROGRAM MANAGER
POSITION TYPE: Full-time, non-exempt; reports to the CEO
COMPENSATION: $32 - $34 per hour DOE, with benefits (employee health insurance, dental insurance, retirement, paid vacation and sick leave)
The Redwood Coast Chamber Foundation (RCCF) seeks a collaborative and organized Programs Manager to oversee programs that support leadership development, workforce attraction and retention, and economic opportunity across the Redwood Coast region. Working closely with the CEO and community partners, this role will manage a diverse program portfolio, coordinate partnerships, oversee budgets and funding support, and ensure high-quality program delivery. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager and communicator with a passion for creating meaningful community impact.
