Manages, coordinates, and supervises the programs and activities of the Planning, Economic Development, Housing, and Building Divisions of the Community Development Department, including redevelopment programs, economic development activities, housing programs, building and code enforcement, and grants management; performs all other related duties as assigned. An ideal candidate is an adept problem solver, clear communicator and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
