Plans, manages, oversees, and directs the activities and operations of the Finance Department, including public sector financial reporting, accounting, budget preparation, treasury management, debt administration, revenue management, payroll, utility billing, business licensing, management of financial software systems, and long-range financial planning. An ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge base in the areas of public sector financial planning and analysis, revenue projection and budgeting, accounting and financial reporting, public debt, and fund accounting.
