Incumbent is under the direct supervision of Senior Civil Engineer. This position acts as a supervisory and lead survey specialist in assisting fisheries personnel engaged in large restoration planning, monitoring, and construction projects. This position is 50% in the field with activities occurring on rugged terrain of the Trinity River watershed and is physically demanding. This position will require long hours during the construction season in very hot climate conditions. This is a 2 year term position with opportunity for extension based on availability of funding.

Salary: $30.19‐39.39
