Dispatcher Trainees will receive on-the-job training while preparing totake the required Police Officer Standards and Training (POST) Entry Level Dispatcher Examination.Upon receiving a passing score on the POST Exam, Trainees will automatically promote to aCommunications Dispatcher ($3,222-$3,916/month), and will begin formal training on the full scopeof emergency dispatch duties.Join our team and receive training and support from the highly trained staff in the county’s onlydispatch unit that handles calls for Police, Medical and Fire emergencies.
