We are seeking an experienced and energetic professional to run the Accounting and HR departments. Must be a highly organized and detailed-oriented individual willing to work in a team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting OR equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • 2 years of experience in accounting
  • Knowledge of Sage or Peachtree accounting software

Job Duties

  • Reconcile multiple bank accounts and investigate/resolve & discrepancies
  • Perform AP and verify accuracy of vendor invoices and payments
  • Verify billing and collections accurate, timely, and efficient
  • Ensure expenditures are accurate & correctly posted
  • Manage employee onboarding
  • Creating bi-weekly payroll checks
  • Prepare and post monthly close journal entries
  • Prepare monthly Financial Statements

Schedule

  • Full Time

Rate of Pay

  • $20 per hour depending on experience
