We are seeking an experienced and energetic professional to run the Accounting and HR departments. Must be a highly organized and detailed-oriented individual willing to work in a team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting OR equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- 2 years of experience in accounting
- Knowledge of Sage or Peachtree accounting software
Job Duties
- Reconcile multiple bank accounts and investigate/resolve & discrepancies
- Perform AP and verify accuracy of vendor invoices and payments
- Verify billing and collections accurate, timely, and efficient
- Ensure expenditures are accurate & correctly posted
- Manage employee onboarding
- Creating bi-weekly payroll checks
- Prepare and post monthly close journal entries
- Prepare monthly Financial Statements

Rate of Pay
- $20 per hour depending on experience
