The Smart Business Resource Center seeks a full time Career Adviser to join our team.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Assisting job seekers to find self-sufficient employment
• Evaluating and certifying the eligibility of program participants for job training
• Creating employment plans and coordinating basic job preparation activities
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive client files and tracking systems
REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or AA/AS degree and ability to attain workforce development and staffing industry certification within 9 months of hire is required a condition of employment. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and background screen.
