Critical Access Hospital; 4-bed Emergency room & 9-bed Acute care unit, seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to provide leadership and clinical management to all Nursing/Patient Care areas. This position is accountable for high quality, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resources management related to patient care. This role provides the highest quality patient services attainable by the organization within obtainable resources, while ensuring a cost effective operation. This individual will also ensure optimal contributions from the hospital medical staff.

Current California RN license required. BSN, PALS, TNCC, MICN & ACLS required. Minimum of 5 years of previous nursing management experience, same level or next level in acute health care facility required.
