The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will work in our Senior Life Solutions program conducting assessments, creating plans for patients that include referrals, keeping records, and providing supportive counseling to patients and their families. This position also oversees the Behavioral Health Specialist in the clinic. Master’s degree in Social Work required; current LCSW licensure required.
