Come apply to be a Charge Nurse for Fortuna Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, the only Skilled Nursing Facility in the Fortuna area.

We are open 24 hours a day, so we have a shift for everyone. It is possible to flex your hours around your school schedule as well. There are both full time and part time positions available.

We offer paid vacation time, paid sick time, and holiday pay for six holidays each year. We also have other fun benefits for staff and many opportunities to grow in our company! This is a great position to start in and have a long career in healthcare. We also have other possible positions open like Treatment Nurses and Weekend Supervisors as well.

We currently are offering an hourly bonus of an extra $7.50 per hour for LVN’s and an extra $10.00 per hour for RN’s between now and the end of the year! We also have a sign on bonus for licensed nurses for up to $10,000.00, and we have a referral bonus of $1000.00- $2000.00 for any other LVN’s or RN’s that someone refers to our facility.
