Make a difference for children and adults with Autism or other developmental disabilities!

We are looking to hire full- and part- time Behavior and Direct Support staff to provide direct in-home care and support to our supported living clients in Crescent City. Staff work alongside clients to implement a behavior plan and assist with daily living skills and accessing their community. We are hiring for all shifts, but primarily have a need for staff who willing to work overnight or graveyard shifts.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and must be able to pass a background check. The state’s vaccine mandate applies to all support staff.

A $500 sign-on bonus will be paid to full-time new hires, and a $250 bonus for part-time staff who stick with us for 90 days and are in good standing. Benefits (health, dental, vision, life) available to full-time staff after 60 days. Full time is 30 hours per week.

Experience working with children and/or people with disabilities and relevant education are preferred, but not necessary. Starting wages range from $16.50 to $19/hr. Staff in good standing after 90 days will be eligible for a $1/hr raise.
