$4,260 -$5,721 MONTHLY

*Base salary will increase by 2% on January 1, 2023 and another increase of 5% will be issued January 1, 2024.

Duties include: review of development and land use applications, zoning, site plan and environmental review; may serve as project manager for development applications; completes technical assessments, prepares written project analyses; provides professional advice and assistance to the public on planning, community development, economic development zoning, permits and environmental review; and performs related work as required. Minimum requirements include graduation from an accredited four-year college or university.
