14th Annual Klamath River Cleanup
The Yurok Tribe and Watershed Stewards Program will be gathering with volunteers in Klamath, CA to help restore the Klamath River. Volunteers will meet at 9 a.m. in the Community Room of the Yurok Tribe Main Office located at 190 Klamath Blvd. Klamath, CA. Volunteers will be helping pick up garbage or removing invasive species. The event includes a free breakfast in the morning and a delicious lunch of traditionally cooked salmon at the end of the day. All volunteers will receive a commemorate t-shirt and grocery tote for participating in this event, and prizes from local donors will be raffled off. Gloves and water will be provided, and volunteers are advised to wear clothes and boots that can get dirty. We look forward to seeing you all there!
