2022 Naming Ceremony

Sanctuary Forest

The community is cordially invited to join Sanctuary Forest on Saturday, September 24 as we gather by candlelight in a beautiful redwood grove to acknowledge those who inspire and support our work. We will read aloud the names of our donors and those whom they have chosen to honor or memorialize, and reflect together on the many spirits that animate the work we share in. Those acknowledged at this ceremony will reflect all donations received between September 8, 2021 and September 9, 2022. To ensure that your loved one is recognized at this ceremony, please ensure that your donation reaches our office by September 9. If you have difficulty negotiating an uneven trail, please let us know. RSVP by September 16 is requested. Sanctuary Forest is a Sanctuary Forest is a land and water trust whose mission is to conserve the Mattole River watershed and surrounding areas for wildlife habitat and aesthetic, spiritual and intrinsic values, in cooperation with our diverse community.
