2026 Bogglebang Scaveger Hunt

Returning for its ninth year, this September 19th through October 11th, the Bogglebang Team Scavenger Hunt is back for a 23-day tournament of the wits and escapade of the arts! This event will bring Humboldt County’s most brilliant minds together as they compete to solve riddles, complete tasks, and express their unique selves.

Gather your favorite people together, form a team, and register at Bogglebang.club. Dozens upon dozens of tasks await in the form of interpretive creative prompts. By solving a series of riddles, teams will race to find 16 secret locations hidden around the Humboldt Bay area, gathering the pieces they need to solve puzzles and potentially win prizes.

The 2026 Master Task List will be available 9/19 - 9/20 at the North Country Fair in Arcata, and 10/2 - 10/4 at the Eureka Cultural Arts District’s Culture Commons event: 10/2 at The Ink People’s new location at 5th and G, 10/3 at The Blue Ox, and 10/4 at the Morris Graves Museum. Additionally, a Bonus Task Sheet will be available throughout the Culture Commons three-day event.

As though this were not already elaborate enough, the 2026 Bogglebang Scavenger Hunt will also include an optional Costumed Disc Golf Tournament.
