A night of over-the-top performances, questionable pageantry, and all out GLORY, the Rutabaga Royal Family will gather at the historic Eureka Theater to crown the next reigning Queen in a spectacle of pure kinetic chaos. Contestants will show off their talents, charm, and complete lack of shame to win your heart—and your vote.
 We’re celebrating Queen PoiSin Candy’s 10th Queeniversary and Queen Foxy Biloxi’s 20th Queeniversary, honoring the Elvis-loving Queen Foxy with the theme: Viva La Glory!

A little history lesson…
Back in 1973, the legendary Barbara Ludwig—eccentric, visionary, and all-around badass—decided the Kinetic Race needed a monarch and dubbed herself Rutabaga Queen. Since then, the Rutabaga Ball has become a sacred (and sparkly) tradition. It’s a celebration of creativity, community, and having as much FUN as possible. The Rutabaga Queens are an independent, glitter-powered cabal of performing artists and weirdos who continue to carry the torch.
Kinetic Universe is honored to support this spectacle as an official fundraiser for the Kinetic Grand Championship and will keep this tradition alive… so long as it pleases the Queens.
