About Your Instructor: Holly is the owner of Liberty Fitness and has spent her
career cultivating an anti-diet approach to nutrition in the strength training space. She has carefully crafted this program to support you. She is a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, Certified International Health Coach, and career educator.
