Small Business Saturday on November 24th 3pm to 9pm celebrated on the SNOWY Arcata Plaza as a Festival of Lights! Enjoy the blustery downtown Arcata holiday fair with guest appearances and photo opportunities with The Snowflake Queen in her Winter Wonderland, Elsa and her snowman Olaf, Scrooge as he explores the spirit of Christmas past, present and future! With live music, local crafts and complimentary popcorn and hot chocolate, this is a fun event for the entire family!
