How you are, in this moment, is already enough.
I offer a space to step out of mental noise and into direct experience through sound.
Space for the mind’s activity to soften and gently fall away from constantly comparing, analyzing, and replaying thoughts. The body is given space to observe what is present, settle, and return to a natural rhythm.
Sound acts as a bridge to a deeply meditative state. The nervous system regulates offering an opportunity to drop fully into presence.
What lies between the thoughts, beneath the minds projections, interpretations, and expectations?
In this space, something simple reveals itself.
That how you are, right now, is already enough.
Nothing to fix.
Nothing to become.
Nothing to reach for.
Just presence.
From this state, the system begins to reorganize around what is actually present in the body.
Offering a different way of relating to life.
Trusting your heart to allow for a more grounded way of being; slowing down into your truth. In relationships, your actions, your daily life, to be rooted in what is present within.
Each offering is composed and refined specifically for this space; rooted in strong direct feeling of gongs.
Supporting instruments such as crystal bowls, shruti box, drumming, chimes, Native American style flutes, and the medicine of silence flow together to create story arcs. At times, intentional scents such as Palo Santo, cedar, frankincense, or copal may be present to anchor you more fully.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in so we can begin at 6:30 PM.
There are eight aerial silk hammocks available on a first come first served basis. Bring anything you need to be comfortable, a mat, blanket, water, pillow, eye covering, or bolsters.
Located in Mckinleyville alongside the Hammond Trail and the Mad River.
This space is a private sanctuary and thus the path to “The Sanctuary” and parking details will be shared upon booking.
