Have you heard of sea lettuce? It’s a little salty but very delicious and nutritious! Join Friends of the Dunes and Trinidad Coastal Land Trust in exploring the diverse seaweed that grows on our rocky shore. Learn about different edible seaweeds’ life history, where they grow, how to harvest, and how to prepare them. Bring clothes and shoes to get wet with! Expect to walk on slippery rocky wet surfaces.
