Enjoy the sounds of summer on a musical afternoon with All Seasons Orchestra offering two free concerts called, “Standards for the Summertime.” Our first performance will be July 14 at 2pm at the Eureka Woman’s Club, 1531 J Street, in Eureka. We will feature seven nostalgic tunes. Two theatrical medleys from Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein’s The Sound of Music and Oklahoma! followed by Aaron Copland’s Hoe-Down and Selections from Phantom of the Opera by Andrew Lloyd Webber. We have Cole Porter’s Begin the Beguine and a Louis Armstrong medley, Satchmo! Also, Antonio Rossini’s comic opera, The Barber of Seville. Our second performance will be on July 21at 2pm at Trinidad Town Hall, 409 Trinity Street, Trinidad.
