RLA Jazz Trio with Vaughn Cannon

This month’s show features RLA Jazz Trio w/ SF guitarist Vaughn Cannon. Vaughn studied with Ben Wendel and Mike Moreno, and has been the leader of several bands. He recently recorded his debut album of original songs, titled “Along the Way,” with the Vaughn Cannon Quartet. https://www.vaughncannonmusic.com/ September’s artists are Matt McClimon, vibes, with Doug Marcum guitar, and for November, Poetry Meets Jazz, with poet Jerry Martien. RLA is Tim Randles, piano, Ken Lawrence, electric bass and Mike LaBolle drums. Drinks and snacks available. $10-20 sliding scale. Presented by Westhaven Center for the Arts. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
