Trying to find a nice gift for Father’s Day? Arcata Play Center’s Father’s Day Pop-Up Shop is a great opportunity to support local entrepreneurs and find those gifts while your kids play. This Father’s Day Pop-Up Shop is a Fundraising Event for Arcata Play Center. Don’t miss out on this opportunity Tuesday, June 12 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. This event events brings local parent entrepreneurs to Play Center to sell their hand made products. Featuring: CLG Pottery, Toad Art and $5 Mini-Portraits by Juliana Dean Photography. Silent Auction items generously donated by: Bayside Park Farm, Far North Climbing Gym, Pacific Outfitters Kayak Class, Beau Pre Golf Course, Plaza: Be Inspired, Living the Dream Ice Cream, Recycled Youth, Jitter Bean, Inky B Custom Cards, Mommagramed Mats. The City of Arcata Recreation Division, with funding from First 5 Humboldt, offers a safe and comfortable place for families to meet, share and play. Bring your newborns and children up to five years old to the D Street Neighborhood Center, 1301 D Street in Arcata. Arcata Play Center meets weekly on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. (snacks are offered), this is a year-round program. Suggested donation of $3/child.
