Art Talk with Amy Uyeki & Lori Dengler

Lori Dengler and Amy Uyeki, the author and illustrator of The Extraordinary Voyage of Kamome: A Tsunami Boat Comes Home, will discuss the incredible story behind their book at the Morris Graves Museum of Art on Sunday, September 4th at 2pm. Dengler and Uyeki will talk in detail about the Kamome’s amazing backstory and journey, as well as the series of events that brought the author and illustrator together and resulted in the first very publication from the Humboldt State University Press.
