AUDITIONS for Ferndale Rep’s “A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder”

Ferndale Repertory Theatre is excited to announce open auditions on Nov 4 + 6 for our upcoming production of the Tony Award winning musical A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder. Book and Lyrics by Robert L. Freedman, Music and Lyrics by Steven Lutvak.

We are looking for strong actors / singers 18+ who are comfortable movers and can make bold character choices. Casting for all roles.

This is a NO PREP audition. However, if you are interested in a particular role, you are invited to review sides and songs from the show (see optional materials to review below for character breakdowns and audition sides).

Monday, Nov 6 at 6:00 PM at 900 Hodgson Street in Eureka (United Congregational Church)

Callbacks will take place on Wednesday, Nov 8 at 900 Hodgson Street in Eureka (United Congregational Church)

What to Prepare: No prep needed! Bring a water bottle and be ready to read scenes in small groups or individually, sing, and move. Auditions will start with a physical and vocal warm up and then we will read scenes and learn the music for a “Prologue: A Warning” from the show.
