Author Visit with Tamar Burris
Meet local author Tamar Burris and listen to a reading of her new children’s picture book, ‘A New Special Friend.’ In this book, Little Fox has adjusted to his parents’ divorce, but now his Dad has a new special friend. Will Dad still want to be with Little Fox? And will Mom be upset? Soon Little Fox discovers that it is a-okay for Dad’s friend to be his friend, too! The reading is followed by a brief presentation about why and how Ms. Burris wrote the book and a conversation about co-parenting. Register for the Zoom meeting on the library website.
