Transitioning your little one to whole foods Learn how to provide for your little one’s dietary needs in this class. Amy with Trinity Raw will show you how to prepare fresh food with easy recipes that will give you confidence to cut out store bought baby foods and prepare your own nutrient dense meals. This class demonstrates the preparation of different recipes with discussion of the endless possibilities. Familiarize yourself with the nutrients your baby needs for a balanced diet. Learn great sources for healthy fats, proteins, calcium, iron, zinc, B-12 & iodine. The techniques used in her recipes can be applied to other ingredients to make a balanced dietary plan. Amy will discuss the elements of smart shopping and steps in transitioning your baby safely to whole foods. Also learn a favorite for kids of all ages IMMUNITY GUMMIES with probiotic, fresh juices and super foods! Additional recipes and resources will be provided for your reference.
