This is the perfect Mommy and Me class for you and your baby! *Baby n’ Me Yoga is for mothers at least 6 weeks postpartum and all PRE-crawling babies. You don’t need to know anything about yoga to get started. it’s a playful interaction to stimulate movement and touch. Laurie is also certified in infant massage.
