Join us for this unique curriculum focused on low cost, high health chicken husbandry. This lecture and tour will cover raising chicks, free range strategies, diet, coop design, flock rotation, soil building and humane dispatch. Emphasis will be placed on design strategies that will help you minimize work and expenditures and allow you to get the most from your chickens. This workshop is a culmination of 15 years of raising free range egg layers on our homestead here in Freshwater.
