:The Battle Mountain Gold Company was founded in Humboldt County, California, in 2024. We are a progressive jug band that plays acoustic hippy music (inclusive of, but not limited to, Dead covers, freak folk, Cosmic Country/Americana, psychedelic string band stuff, and more of the like). Our shows are meant to sound like a late night campfire jam after a long day at a music festival. We have a lot of laid back fun, and hope you will, too.”
