Were you, or your band signed up to perform or compete in: Battle of the Bands, at “Club NightShade”, in Rio Dell, California, back in June 2012? If you were one of the bands that had planned to perform, or scheduled to compete, you can be part of a damages suit. You don’t have to pay anything. Just confirm if you were indeed a participant or a performer. If you were hired to work Security or any other position, for Club NightShade, you also can be a part of the damages suit. Attorneys fees are all paid and there are no fees of any kind. Just confirm if you were indeed, hired and told to show up for work. Were you inconvenienced?
