Beer and Cheese Pairing

Join UC Davis Professor of Brewing Charlie Bamforth for a beer and cheese pairing from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m in support of the Career & College Center. The event pairs different Humboldt County micro brews with an assortment of Cypress Grove Chevre cheeses. Charlie brings a hilarious British wit to his teaching about brewing. The evening promises good humor, good beer, tasty cheeses, and learning some cool information about the brewing process. 80% of the Career & College Center budget is raised by events, so the fundraiser supports a good cause. Tickets are $35.00 per person and can be purchased at Wildberries, or by calling (707) 498-2917.
