Join us Friday, February 14th, when we will be bringing craft beer lovers a taste of our Chef’s culinary expertise with a special dinner inspired by Gyppo’s own house-made beer. Head brewer, Jared Smith and Executive Chef, Robert Mason will lead guests through a deliciously fun four-course dinner. Course One :: Cauliflower Veloute’ :: Cauliflower Cream Soup Topped With Smoked local albacore and preserved lemon-caviar crème fraiche. Paired with Mad Meg Course Two :: Winter Market Greens :: Grilled duck breast, Clementine, tart cherries, port-orange vinaigrette on a bed of winter market Greens. Paired with Bright Phoebus Course Three :: Braised Shank of Kurobuta Pork :: Vegetables, red wine, star anise, cinnamon, clove, fresh herbs sweet potato mash, Haricot Verts. Paired with Scottish Ale Course Four :: Flourless Chocolate Torte :: Espresso Bavarian Cream, crisp chocolate meringue & caramel. Paired with Barber Chair Stout $85 tickets are inclusive of ONE four-course dinner, beer pairings, tax, and service.
