Being Mortal
The PBS Frontline documentary titled Being Mortal accompanies the author of the book Being Mortal, surgeon Atul Gawande, through the stories of his journey to learn to help guide people with serious illnesses as they face tough, complex, confusing medical and human decisions. The Humboldt Advance Care Planning Coalition: Live Well, Die Well will be showing this documentary and then leading an audience activity to promote action around Advance Care Planning (ACP).
