BioBlitz at Ma-le’l Dunes

Join Friends of the Dunes and the Bureau of Land Management or a BioBlitz at Ma-le’l South! BioBlitz’s are a great way to contribute to citizen science, as well as learn more about the plants and animals found in our coastal habitats. The smartphone app “iNaturalist” will be used to document as much biodiversity as possible, please arrive with it already downloaded. Meet at the Ma-le’l Dunes South parking lot at 4:30 p.m. for a quick overview before splitting up for the main event. Closed toe shoes and drinking water are recommended for this family-friendly event.
