Block Printing Workshop

This is a beginning block printing class. Participants will carve their own block to make a mini print or greeting card. They can choose from provided clip art or bring in their own design. Session will include instruction on how to transfer design, safely carve and print onto paper. If you’d like to bring your own design we ask that it be no bigger than 4”x6”

Melissa is a self taught block print artist. Her art is inspired by her life experiences and Humboldt Counties abundance of beauty. She spends her free time hiking the redwoods with her children and exploring the intertidal looking for nudibranchs.
